TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market of the following:

As at 31 May 2019, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 100,000,000 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each. The Company does not hold any Shares in Treasury.

Accordingly, for the purposes of the Transparency Directive, the total number of issued shares with voting rights in the Company is currently 100,000,000.

The above figure of 100,000,000 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
