Update regarding NPXe plc

(formerly Neuroprotexeon Limited)

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM:IHC), the global medical technology company notes that further to the statement made on 7 December 2018 regarding the potential IPO of NPXe plc, it has recently been informed that NPXe plc is no longer looking to IPO in the UK but is pursuing a private offering in the USA, which will be conducted under US securities law. 

UK Investors remain able to participate in this private offering which is eligible for EIS/VCT relief and should contact NPXe plc directly should they wish to do so. Further announcements will be made should the Company be made aware of material developments.
