2018 Annual Report and Notice of 2019 Annual General Meeting

Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR), the pan-European Animal Health business, announces that the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31st December 2018, the Notice of 2019 Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form have been posted to shareholders. 

Copies are also available to view on the Company's website at www.animalcaregroup.co.uk

The Company's 2019 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Panmure Gordon, 1 New Change, London EC4M 9AF at 11.30am on Tuesday 25th June 2019.

Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM.
