Annual General Meeting Statement

At today's Annual General Meeting of Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer boards for critical applications, Michael Collins, Chairman, will make the following statement:  

"I am pleased to report that the Company's trading performance in 2019 has continued on from the good results reported for 2018. The order book is strong and Turnover and Operating Profit are in line with Board expectations. The Company's cash position remains robust following increased dividend payments and further investment in product development.

I can also announce that Jane Annear, who has been the Commercial Director for many years, was today appointed as Managing Director and CEO."
