Board Appointment

VietNam Holding Limited announces that Saiko Tajima will join the Board as an independent non-executive director with effect from 17 May 2019.

Ms. Saiko Tajima has over 20 years' experience in finance, of which 8 years have been spent in Asian real estate asset management and structured finance. Working for Aozora Bank and group companies of Lehman Brothers and Capmark, she focused on financial analysis, monitoring and reporting to lenders, borrowers, auditors, regulators and rating agencies. Over the last 5 years, she has invested in and helped develop tech start-ups in Tokyo, Seoul and Sydney.

Commenting on the appointment Sean Hurst, Chairman said:

"We are delighted to be welcoming Saiko to our Board.  Saiko has extensive experience in Asia across various financial roles. She will bring valuable complimentary skills, knowledge and insight to the Board."

No other information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R in relation to Saiko Tajima's appointment as a non-executive director of the Company.
