Block Listing Application

Brooks Macdonald Group plc announces that an application has been made to AIM and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for a block admission of 37,225 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

The Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the 2016 Brooks Macdonald Approved Share Save Scheme.

On exercise the Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares.

It is expected that such admission will become effective on 15 May 2019.
