Appointment of Schroder Real Estate Investment Management Limited as AIFM

The Board of Ground Rents Income Fund plc ("GRIO" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement on 11 April 2019, the Financial Conduct Authority notification process in respect of the appointment of Schroder Real Estate Investment Management Limited ("SREIM") as the Company's Alternative Investment Fund Manager ("AIFM") has now been completed. 

Accordingly, SREIM replaced Brooks Macdonald Funds Limited as the AIFM of the Company on and from Monday, 13 May 2019.

The Company will make the necessary filings to change its registered office address to 1 London Wall Place, London EC2Y 5AU with effect from Monday, 13 May 2019 or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.

From Monday, 13 May 2019, all company secretarial enquiries and TR1 notifications should be directed to Matthew.Riley@schroders.com.
