ContourGlobal plc

Conversion Rate for Final Dividend

Further to the announcement of the annual results of ContourGlobal plc for the year ended 31 December 2018 released on 5 April 2019, the sterling equivalent of the final dividend of 9.4 US cents per share will be 7.2156 pence per share, based on an exchange rate of GB£1 = US$1.30273.

The final dividend will be paid on 30 May 2019 to shareholders on the register on 3 May 2019.
