Transactions in Own Securities

The Company announces that on 9 May 2019 it purchased 275,000 Grafton Units on the London Stock Exchange.   The repurchased shares will be immediately cancelled.

The purchase was effected to offset the dilutive effect of issuing new shares to satisfy share award obligations under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
