Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Coro Energy plc, the Southeast Asian focused upstream oil and gas company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 has today been posted to shareholders, together with a notice convening the Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM").  

The AGM is to be held at Seminar Room, Watson Farley & Williams LLP, 15 Appold Street, London EC2A 2HB at noon on 6 June 2019.
