Safestay (AIM: SSTY), the owner and operator of an international brand of contemporary hostels, announces that its Annual Report & Financial Statements for the period ended 31 December 2018, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, have been sent to shareholders and copies are available on the Company's website, www.safestay.co.uk.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00am on 6 June 2019 at Safestay Elephant & Castle, John Smith House, 142-152 Walworth Rd, London SE17 1JL, UK.
