Peabody Trust ("Peabody") and Town and Country Housing ("TCH") have today announced that as of 9 May 2019 TCH has now joined the Peabody group as a subsidiary of Peabody Trust. TCH will continue to maintain its own executive team.

TCH's Finance Director, Robin Tebbutt, will move to a role within Peabody with effect from 13 May. A new role of Regional Finance Director will be filled by Mike Hyams (current Assistant Finance Director).
