Death of a Director

It is with deep regret that Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), announces that Glen Fawcett, CEO, died unexpectedly on 7 May 2019. The Board extends its deepest condolences and sympathies to Glen's family.

Jane Annear, Commercial Director, has agreed to act as interim CEO, effective immediately. A further announcement will be made in due course.
