The Company has been notified that Pat Ward, Chief Executive Officer and Ross McDonald a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') have exercised options granted to them under the Breedon Group Savings Related Share Option Scheme (the 'SAYE Scheme') and accordingly have acquired the number of ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') set against their name in the table below at a price of 59.94p per Ordinary Share.
