Change of Auditor

Thrive Homes Finance PLC (the "Company") announces that, following the resignation of Mazars LLP as the Company's auditor, Beever and Struthers have been appointed as the Company's auditors for the financial year ending 31 March 2019. Their appointment for future years will be subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held in September 2019.

In accordance with section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, Mazars LLP, the Company's current auditor, has deposited a statement with the Company detailing the circumstances connected with their ceasing to hold office as auditor of the Company (the "Statement"). The Statement confirms that Mazars are not aware of any circumstances connected with their ceasing to hold office that needs to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors. A copy of the Statement is available for any person entitled to receive the notice.
