Further to its announcement on 2 April 2019, the Company is pleased to confirm that Nicolay Mayster has been appointed to the Board and will commence his role as Director effective immediately. Furthermore, following the Annual General Meeting yesterday, Dariusz Zych is stepping down from the Board.
