Following the issue of new ordinary shares of 0.02p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the subscrip on announced on 3 April 2019, the Company is today providingaconfirma on regardingitsvo ngrights, in line with sec on DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules sourcebook.

As of the date of thisannouncement, beingthe last business day in acalendarmonth during which an increase in the Company'svo ngrights has occurred, the Company's issued share capital consists of 254,323,945 ordinary shares of 0.02p each, with one vo ng right per Ordinary Share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and vo ng rights in the Company is 254,323,945.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Companyas the denominator for the calcula ons to determine if theyare required to no fy their interest in, orachange to their interest in the share capital of Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
