Posting of Report and Accounts

Judges Scientific, a group involved in the buy and build of scientific instrument businesses, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at The Lansdowne Club, 9 Fitzmaurice Place, London W1J 5JD on Wednesday 22 May 2019 at 12.00 noon. 

A notice of AGM ("Notice of AGM") has been posted to shareholders today along with the Group's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 ("Annual Report"). The Notice of AGM and the Annual Report are also both available to be viewed on the Company's website, www.judges.uk.com
