Block Listing Application

Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma"), a leading technology-based provider of communications services to the UK business market, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 683,379 ordinary shares of 0.25p each (the "Shares") to be admitted to AIM.

The purpose of the block listing is, when combined with the balance of the previous block listing, to satisfy options awarded under the Gamma Company Share Option Plan (104,841), the Gamma Long Term Incentive Plan (206,111), the Gamma Savings Related Share Option Scheme (579,922) and pre-flotation unapproved options (14,400). The Shares are expected to be admitted to trading from 8:00am on 30 April 2019. Any Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
