AGM Statement

FDM Group (Holdings) plc ("FDM" or the "Group"), a global professional services provider with a focus on Information Technology, today holds its 2019 annual general meeting.

David Lister, Chairman, will present the following update to the meeting:

"The Group has traded in line with the Board's expectations during the first quarter of 2019. Mountie revenues for the quarter were 18% higher than the corresponding 2018 quarter (constant currency basis 16%) and total revenues for the quarter were 16% higher than the corresponding 2018 quarter (constant currency basis 14%). Mounties on client site stand at 3,848 (2018: 3,310 Mounties deployed on client site).

The Group's balance sheet remains strong with significant cash balances and no debt.

The Board is confident that the Group is well placed to achieve its expectations for the current year and continue to deliver long term, sustainable growth."
