Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Sound Energy, the Moroccan focused upstream gas company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 have today been published, together with a notice convening the Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM"). 

The AGM is to be held at the Banqueting Hall, Glaziers Hall, 9 Montague Close, London Bridge, SE1 9DD at midday on Wednesday 22 May 2019.
