Brave Bison announces that it was advised yesterday by Claire Hungate that on 23 April 2019 she sold 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 2.05 pence per ordinary share. Following this sale, Claire Hungate no longer has a disclosable interest in the issued share capital or voting rights of the Company.
