Central Asia Metals plc (AIM:CAML) announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 and notice of its 2019 Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders and will shortly be available for download from the Company's website at www.centralasiametals.com.

The Company's Annual General Meeting is to be held at the offices of Jones Day, 21 Tudor Street, London, EC4Y 0DJ at 12:00 noon on 16 May 2019.
