Dividend Declaration
The Company announces that a resolution is included in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") for shareholder approval of a final proposed dividend of 4.0p per share. The ex-dividend date is 20 June 2019 with an associated record date of 21 June 2019. If the dividend is approved by shareholders at the AGM on 26 June 2019, the dividend will be paid on 26 July 2019.
The last date for receipt of elections in respect of the Dividend Re-Investment scheme is 10 July 2019.
