Non-Executive Director Appointment

Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma" or "the Group"), a leading, technology based provider of communications services to the UK business market, announces the appointment of Henrietta Marsh as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Henrietta worked at 3i Group plc as a fund manager and in private equity for 14 years and was a director of 3i plc. Henrietta was also an Operating Partner at what is now Living Bridge LLP and was previously a fund manager at Living Bridge responsible for all AIM investments.

From a broader perspective, she was the founder chairman of the AIM VCT Managers Group and is a member of the London Stock Exchange's AIM Advisory Group.  

Henrietta has significant public company experience as a Non-Executive Director at: -

·     Electric Word plc                                                             January 2014 until its takeover in August 2017.

·     Alternative Networks plc                                               June 2014 until its takeover in December 2016

·     Dods (Group) PLC                                                            April 2012 to November 2014,
