Grant of Options
The Company announces that, on 12 April 2019, the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"s) were granted a total of 37,500 options over ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Options"), exercisable at nil cost, which vest on 12 April 2022 subject to continued employment by the Company:
