Microsaic Systems plc (AIM: MSYS), the developer of point of need mass spectrometry instruments, is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 14 May 2019 at the offices of N+1 Singer, One Bartholomew Lane, London, EC2N 2AX. The Annual Report (including the Notice of Annual General Meeting) and the Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders today.
