Non-Executive Director to Retire

The Company announces that Richard Holway, who has been a Director of the Company since January 2007, has informed the Company of his intention to step down from the board towards the end of 2019 in accordance with the Board's agreed succession plan.  Richard will continue to stand for re-election at the Company's AGM, to be held on 22 May 2019, so that, if re-elected, he may serve as a Director until he steps down.

As a consequence of Richard's decision the Company is commencing the process of identifying and appointing a new Director.  Further information will be provided in due course.
