Posting of shareholder circular.

Renold, a leading international supplier of industrial chains and related power transmission products announces that further to the announcement earlier today, a circular has been posted to shareholders in relation to the proposed cancellation of ordinary shares and preference stock from the Official List, admission to trading on AIM of its entire share capital and amendment to its articles of association. 

The circular contains the notice convening the general meeting to be held at Manchester International Office Centre, Styal Road, Wythenshawe, Manchester M22 5WB on 8 May 2019 at 11.00 a.m..
