Interim Dividend Declaration

The Company announces that it has declared a third interim dividend in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2019 of 3.75 pence per ordinary share, payable on 24 May 2019 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 23 April 2019.  The ex-dividend date will be 18 April 2019.
