Cobra Resources plc (LSE:COBR) ("Cobra" or the "Company"), a company formed to make acquisitions of tenements and projects in the natural resources sector, today announces that Ken Watson has resigned from the Company's board as Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect to focus on other business interests.
