Forterra plc (the "Company") announces that it has published its full Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019, which is to be held at 12:00 pm on Monday 20 May 2019 at the Hilton Hotel, 100 Watering Lane, Collingtree, Northampton, NN4 0XW.

Copies of the documents listed below have today been posted to shareholders:

1.       Annual Report and Accounts 2018

2.       Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019

A copy of each of these documents has also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
