Dividend of 3p per share

Following further realisations of the Company’s position in Castleton Technology PLC (CTP), the Directors of Oxford Technology 4 VCT Plc are today declaring an interim capital dividend of 3 pence per share for the year to 29 February 2020.

The ex-dividend date is 11 April 2019.

The record date for the dividend is 12 April 2019.

The payment date is 26 April 2019.

Shareholders on the register on the record date will receive the dividend.
