Grant of Options

Science in Sport plc (AIM: SIS), a leading premium performance nutrition company that develops, manufactures and markets performance nutrition products for elite athletes, sports and gym lifestyle enthusiasts, announces that it has made awards in the form of nil cost options under the terms of the Company's short term incentive plan ("STIP") to persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs").  Details of the awards to PDMRs are set out below together with the information required under the Market Abuse Regulation in respect of PDMR dealings.

Awards of options under the STIP have been made to PDMRs in respect of 1,288,365 ordinary shares of 10p each. There are no outstanding performance conditions in respect of these options and they are exercisable immediately. The awards have been made in lieu of cash bonuses for the year ended 31 December 2018.
