Director and PDMR Dealings

and Issue of Equity

The Company announces that certain Directors and PDMRs of the Company have today been allotted, subject to Admission, a total of 319,865 new ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as a consequence of the vesting of awards made under the Company's Performance Share Plans in 2017.

The table below sets out the number of new Ordinary Shares that each Director and PDMR has received:

The Company has applied for 319,865 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.  Admission of the new Ordinary Shares is expected to occur tomorrow, on 3 April 2019.

Following admission, there will be 1,679,541,571 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury. This figure may therefore be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
