New membership of the Consultative Committees of Fondul Proprietatea S.A.

Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity as alternative investment fund manager and sole director (the "Fund Manager") of Fondul Proprietatea SA (the "Fund"), hereby announces the new membership of the Fund's Consultative Committees, effective as of today, as follows.

The Audit and Valuation Committee consists of:

• Julian Rupert Francis HEALY Chairman;
• Piotr RYMASZEWSKI Member;
• Steven Cornelis van GRONINGEN Member;
• Sorin Mihai MÎNDRUȚESCU Member;
• Mark Henry GITENSTEIN Member.

The Remuneration and Nomination Committee consists of:

• Sorin Mihai MÎNDRUȚESCU Chairman;
• Mark Henry GITENSTEIN Member;
• Piotr RYMASZEWSKI Member;
• Steven Cornelis van GRONINGEN Member;
• Julian Rupert Francis HEALY Member.

We remind shareholders that each of the above-mentioned Committees will consist of five (5) persons, all of them being the members of the Fund's Board of Nominees.
