BREEDON GROUP plc 

("Breedon" or the "Company")

Grant of SAYE Options and PDMR Dealings

The Company announces that it has granted options to the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") under the Breedon Group Savings Related Share Option Scheme (the "SAYE Scheme").

Under the terms of the SAYE Scheme, the Directors and PDMRs listed below are committed to making contributions over a five-year period.  As at 1 May 2024 these accumulated funds can then be withdrawn from the SAYE Scheme as cash or used to exercise options over Ordinary Shares of nil par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which have been granted at 55.0 pence per ordinary share in accordance with the terms of the SAYE Scheme. Assuming full participation in the SAYE Scheme, the PDMRs listed below would have an option over the number of shares in the Company set out below.
