Correction - Dividend payment schedule

The following correction has been made to the M&C Saatchi's "Preliminary Results" announcement released on 27 March 2019 under RNS No 0912U.

The record date for the proposed dividend payment was incorrectly stated as "on the register at 6 June 2019". The correct record date is on the register at 7 June 2019 and the Company's ex-dividend date is 6 June 2019, with the payment date remaining 5 July 2019.

All other details remain unchanged.
