Aukett Swanke Group Plc, the international group of architects and interior designers, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

At the conclusion of the meeting the Board expressed its gratitude to the retiring directors, the Chairman Anthony Simmonds who has served on the Board since 2009, the last 5 years as Chair, and Chief Financial Officer, Beverley Wright.
