Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

7digital (AIM:7DIG), the global leader in B2B end-to-end digital music solutions, announces that it has appointed Julia Hubbard as its new full time Chief Financial Officer. David Holmwood, who has been acting as CFO since June 2018, will hand over responsibilities to Julia in the coming weeks.

Julia was Group Financial Controller in the early days of internet travel pioneer Lastminute.com before roles at Mowlem plc and CSC Media Group, where she was CFO. Most recently, Julia was CFO at AIM listed Amino Technologies plc where she partnered the CEO in a successful turnaround.

It is intended that Julia will join the 7digital board upon completion of the required nominated adviser due diligence process.
