Notice of Results Update

Venture Life Group plc (AIM: VLG), announces that the Company expects to announce its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2018 in early April or before. This minor delay to the original timetable is a result of the audit process taking slightly longer than planned, due principally to recent personnel changes in the Company's finance function and increased complexity arising from the implications of reporting standards, including IFRS 9 and 15. Further to the announcement on 29 January 2019, the Company continues to expect to report revenue of £18.7 million, a 16% increase over the prior year and for adjusted EBITDA to be at least in line with market expectations.
