Aseana Properties Limited (LSE: ASPL), a property developer in Malaysia and Vietnam listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, announces that Nicholas Paris has resigned as a non-executive Director, with effect from 19 March 2019.  The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Mr. Paris for his contribution to the Company during his tenure as Director.  The Board will identify a suitable replacement Director.
