The Company was notified on 15 March 2019 that on 15 March 2019 Melanie Ross, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 504,644 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Shares") for her ISA at a price of 3.405p per share.  To facilitate these purchases, also on 15 March 2019, Melanie Ross sold 504,644 Shares at a price of 3.4p each.

Following the transactions, the beneficial holding of Melanie Ross in the Company remains 2,078,354 Shares, representing approximately 0.26% of the issued share capital.
