Notice of Full Year 2018 Results, Publication of 2018 Annual Report and 2019 AGM

Dublin-Ireland, 13 March 2019: Malin Corporation plc. (Euronext Growth Dublin:MLC) ("Malin", the "Company"), a company investing in highly innovative life sciences companies, announces that it will report its results and publish its annual report for the year ended 31 December 2018 on Tuesday, 2 April 2019.

A conference call for analysts and investors will be held at 12:00pm Irish Standard Time/BST on the day of publication. The call will be hosted by Darragh Lyons, Chief Business & Financial Officer and Ian Curley, Executive Chairman, and will include a Q&A session.

Details of the conference call will be provided in the results statement and will be uploaded to the Company's website on Tuesday, 2 April 2019.

Malin's 2019 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at The Royal Marine Hotel, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, Ireland at 10:00am Irish Standard Time/BST on Thursday, 9 May 2019.

The Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will be dispatched to all shareholders, and an electronic copy of the Notice of AGM will be available on the Company's website over the coming weeks.
