Dividend declaration

Palace Capital (LSE: PCA), the Main Market listed property investment company that has a diversified portfolio of UK regional commercial real estate in carefully selected locations outside of London, is pleased to announce that it will pay a quarterly dividend of 4.75 pence per ordinary share on 12 April 2019 to shareholders on the register as at 22 March 2019. The dividend is in respect of the three months ended 31 December 2018.
