Notice of results and analyst and private investor presentations

Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham" or the "Group"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing real-time data integrity and control solutions, confirms that it expects to announce its final results for the year ended 31 December 2018 on 12 March 2019.

A presentation for analysts will be held at 8.00 a.m. on Tuesday 12 March 2019 by conference call. A separate presentation for private and retail investors will be held at 4.30 p.m. on Wednesday 13 March 2019 at the offices of N+1 Singer, One Bartholomew Lane, London EC2N 2AX.
