The Company has been notified that on 06 March 2019, Dr John Lillywhite, Chairman, transferred 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company, to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), for nil consideration.

The Lillywhite Family Trust (Charity number: 1181785) has been established to promote and advance exclusively charitable purposes, namely the provision of funding for bursaries and scholarships for disadvantaged young people.

Following this notification, Dr Lillywhite holds 460,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.38% of the total issued shares in the Company.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
