To:          Bucharest Stock Exchange                 Financial Supervisory Authority                London Stock Exchange Current report according to Article 99 of the Code of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, Title II, Issuers and Financial Instruments Important events to be reported: Regulated volumes and price applicable to Hidroelectrica S.A. for the energy to be sold to the final suppliers during 1 March 2019 - 31 December 2019 Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity as alternative investment fund manager and sole director (the "Fund Manager") of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. (the "Fund"), hereby informs the market that Hidroelectrica S.A. (the "Company") informed its shareholders that the Energy Sector National Regulator ("ANRE") issued to the Company decision no. 324/25 February 2019 based on which the Company is obliged to sell during 1 March 2019 - 31 December 2019 to the final suppliers a total cumulated quantity of electricity of 1,636,531.524 MWh (which represents 9.7% of the electricity production delivered by the Company in 20181) at a regulated price of 111.61 RON / MWh. The said ANRE's Decision was issued within the implementation process of the Government's Emergency Ordinance no. 114/2018. The Fund holds 19.94% of the Company's share capital, representing 39.30% of the Fund's net asset value ("NAV") at the end of January 2019. Based on this latest information, the Fund Manager will further analyse whether any adjustment of the Fund's NAV is required.  Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity of Sole Director of FONDUL PROPRIETATEA S.A.
