Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that the total issued share capital at the date of this announcement is 70,594,964 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights is therefore 70,594,964. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
