Publication of Prospectus

Vietnam Holding Limited (AIM: VNH) announces that it has today published its Prospectus relating to the proposed admission of the ordinary shares of US$1 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the premium listing segment of the official list of the UK Listing Authority ("Official List") and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange ("Main Market") and to listing and trading on the official list of the International Stock Exchange ("TISE").

The Prospectus has been approved by the FCA. The Prospectus will shortly be available on the Company's website (www.vietnamholding.com) and is available for inspection at the offices of Stephenson Harwood LLP, 1 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 7SH.

An indicative timetable of the principle events is presented below.

7 March 2019	Last day of dealings of Ordinary Shares on AIM
8 March 2019	Company's shares cancelled from trading on AIM and admitted to the Premium segment of the Official List and trading on the Main Market and TISE

Application has been made for 53,330,870 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market and TISE. Admission is expected to become effective, and dealings in the Ordinary Shares commence, at 8 a.m. on 8 March 2019.

Upon Admission, the share price will be quoted, and the Ordinary Shares will be traded on the London Stock Exchange and the official list of TISE, in Sterling.

A copy of the Prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
